
Cyclones Get Detlefsen in Trade with FireAntz

The Twin City Cyclones are announcing a player transaction with the Fayetteville FireAntz. The Cyclones' will trade defenseman Matt Curley for defenseman Keith Detlefsen.
"We were looking to add an offensive punch to our blue line and believed this trade would help us achieve this goal," commented Mark Richards, Cyclones' Head Coach and General Manager.
Detlefsen, a native of Lakeville, Minnesota, has played in seven games with the FireAntz so far this season and has accumulated five points. The 5'-11", 205lb. blue liner played with the Amarillo Gorillas of the Central Hockey League (CHL) last season, where he appeared in 41 games with 18 points and 58 penalty minutes. The 24 year old defenseman played NCAA college hockey for Gustavus Adolphus College.
