
Cubs vs. Threshers Postponed Friday

DAYTONA BEACH, FL - Due to continuous rain and at Radiology Associates Field at Jackie Robinson Ballpark, Friday's doubleheader between the Daytona Cubs and Clearwater Threshers has been postponed. One game has been rescheduled to be a part of a doubleheader on Saturday, May 3, with first pitch of game one scheduled for 5:05 p.m. and gates opening for all fans at 4:00 p.m. Both games will be seven innings. The other postponed game will be made up as a part of a doubleheader when Clearwater returns to town on Saturday, May 24 at 5:05 p.m.
All tickets for Thursday's and Friday's games can be exchanged for any future 2014 Daytona Cubs regular season home game.
Saturday is "Halfway to Halloween Night," where fans are encouraged to come to the game in costume for a pregame costume parade and costume prizes. Saturday will also feature postgame fireworks after game two. Friday's Cubby's Crew & Dog Days have been rescheduled for Sunday, May 4 vs. Lakeland at 5:35 p.m. Fans can bring their dogs out to the ballpark and all Cubby's Crew members will be admitted to Sunday's game for free.
