Crush top Warriors
December 6, 2004 - American Basketball Association (ABA)
Maywood Buzz News Release
Orange County, CA. The ABA Orange County Crush rattled the Ontario Warriors in an exciting, well-played game that started as a runaway - but ended up in a 13 point loss for the Warriors. In the first quarter, the Crush got off to a 26 point lead and the Warriors were forced to play "catch up" for the next three quarters - and almost did - with the score ending up 123-110. Derrick Dial led the way for the Crush with 20 points; Jauquin Hawkins and Fred Vinson had 17; Damian Cantrell and Jerry Dupree 16 each. Damian also had 10 rebounds; Kamram Sufi had 9 assists.

Note: OurSports Central no longer actively covers the American Basketball Association (ABA) as a professional league due in part to its inability to publish and play a schedule and the transitory nature of many of its teams.
