NEWINGTON, CT – May 28, 2004 – The Connecticut Crush Women's Professional Football Team (4-2) continues it's pursuit of a playoff berth with a crucial game versus the first place Philadelphia Phoenix (6-0) on Saturday May 29th at Veteran's Memorial Stadium in New Britain, adjacent to the home of the New Britain Rock Cats. Kick off is 7:05 PM.

The Crush, tied for 2nd place in the Northern Division with the Mass Mutiny, look to avenge the 42-14 loss versus the Phoenix earlier in the season with a new defensive scheme and a "back to basics" mentality.
