Crush Announce Final Open Tryouts for 2004 Season

NEWINGTON, CT â November 14, 2003 â The Connecticut Crush Women's Professional Football Team is gearing up for the 2004 season, hoping to build upon last year's winning record 6-2 with a new wave of talent. The team final Open tryouts will be this Sunday, November 16th at ZRINK Indoor MultiSport Facility, 259 Eastern Blvd., Glastonbury, CT from 9AM to 3PM. All Prospective players must attend this tryout session to be considered for the team. Athletes will be assessed in numerous drills to determine overall speed, strength, conditioning, lateral movement, and much more. No prior football experience is necessary. Comfortable athletic attire is recommended. Sneakers or cleats are the required footwear.
Interested athletes must be at least 18 years of age with valid identification and individual health insurance. The Connecticut Crush will also be conducting open interviews with all interested coaches and staff for the 2004 season.
