Crunch And Dunkin' Donuts Announce Fan Initiatives For Mirabito Outdoor Classic

Syracuse, NY (February 4, 2010) - The Syracuse Crunch, along with Dunkin' Donuts, announced today a number of fan initiatives that include player appearances, ticket incentives and giveaways for the Mirabito Outdoor Classic, the AHL's first-ever outdoor game, featuring the host Crunch against the Binghamton Senators at the New York State Fairgrounds on February 20, 2010 at 1 p.m.
Crunch players will be making a number of appearances at area Dunkin' Donuts' over the next two weeks. At each appearance, fans will have a chance to enter to win a free four-pack of tickets, as well as receive autographs from the players, compliments of Dunkin' Donuts.
The Dunkin' Donuts player appearance schedule is as follows (players subject to change):
Monday, February 8 - Center Tomas Kana, left wing Jordan LaVallee-Smotherman and defenseman Mike Ratchuk will be signing autographs at the Dunkin' Donuts located at 409 7th North St. in Liverpool from 3 - 5 p.m.
Tuesday, February 9 - Defensemen Brendan Bell and Nick Holden will be signing autographs at the Dunkin' Donuts located at 6378 Thompson Rd. in Syracuse from 3 - 5 p.m.
Wednesday, February 10 - Center Jared Aulin and defenseman David Liffiton will be signing autographs at the Dunkin' Donuts located at 5300 W. Genesee St. in Camillus from 3 - 5 p.m.
Tuesday, February 16 - Defensemen Grant Clitsome and Dylan Reese will be signing autographs at the Dunkin' Donuts located 7645 Oswego Rd. in Liverpool from 3 - 5 p.m.
In addition, Dunkin' Donuts is continuing their longstanding commitment to our country's military by offering a discount for the Mirabito Outdoor Classic.
Active service men and women can reserve a grandstand ticket for just $20 by calling the Crunch office at (315) 473-4444 and mentioning the special code: MILITARY THANKS.
Dunkin' Donuts customers will also be able to pick up a voucher at participating stores in Central New York, Binghamton and Watertown for a $2 discount on any regular admission ticket to the Mirabito Outdoor Classic, which can be redeemed at the Crunch box office prior to or on the day of the game.
Also as part of the fan initiatives, all fans in attendance at the Mirabito Outdoor Classic will receive a travel mug, while supplies last, compliments of Dunkin' Donuts.
Tickets for the Mirabito Outdoor Classic are priced at $30 for end grandstand and $40 for center grandstand seating. Group pricing begins at 20 tickets and range as low as $26.
In addition, tickets can be purchased by calling the Crunch office at (315) 473- 4444, calling TicketMaster at 1-800-745-3000 or by stopping by the Oncenter Box Office, located on the State Street Side of the War Memorial.
The Mirabito Outdoor Classic, the American Hockey League's first-ever outdoor game, is scheduled to be played on February 20, 2010 at 1 p.m. at the New York State Fairgrounds against the Binghamton Senators.
