
Crocker Named Midwest League Batter of the Week

Burlington, IA (June 20, 2012) - For the fifth time this season, a Bees player has been named Midwest League Batter or Pitcher of the Week. Outfielder Bobby Crocker was named Batter of the Week for the week of June 11-17, it was announced today.
Crocker had a huge week for the Bees, going 9-for-23 (.391) at the plate in seven games with two doubles, three home runs, and 10 RBI. He also scored seven runs and walked seven times which helped him accumulate a .548 on-base percentage for the week.
Outfielder Dusty Robinson was named Midwest League Batter of the Week twice in April before being called up to High-A Stockton. Drew Granier and Sean Murphy each earned Pitcher of the Week honors in April as well. Murphy is now a teammate of Robinson's in Stockton.
