Cousineau Assigned to Allen

Syracuse, NY (Feb. 8, 2012) - The Syracuse Crunch announced today that the Anaheim Ducks have reassigned goalkeeper Marco Cousineau to the Allen Americans of the CHL.

A native of St. Lazare, Quebec, Cousineau has played in six games for the Crunch this season with a 3-2-0-0 record. Cousineau made his AHL debut in the Crunch's 5-2 win over the Binghamton Senators on January 13. Prior to his assignment with the Syracuse Crunch, Cousineau was 11-2-3-0 with the Allen Americans, registering 2.70 GAA and a 0.914 save percentage in 17 games.

The Syracuse Crunch return home this weekend to face the Hershey Bears on February 10 and the Albany Devils on February 11 in the War Memorial. Both season tickets and single game tickets for the 2011-2012 season can still be purchased either in person at the Crunch Box Office located at the War Memorial on 800 South State Street in Syracuse, or by calling the office at (315) 473- 4444.
