On a brief one-game road trip, the Kalamazoo Wings will head to the U.S. Cellular Coliseum to battle the Bloomington PrairieThunder. On the season, Kalamazoo is 6-7-0-0 versus Bloomington; however, they did defeat the PrairieThunder 3-2 in a shootout last Wednesday in their last visit to the coliseum.

With 12 games remaining in the regular season, the K-Wings remain in fourth place and are seven points behind the Muskegon Lumberjacks for third and hold 12-point advantage over the fifth place PrairieThunder. The K-Wings enter the night looking to snap a season-high tying three-game losing streak.

Trailing the K-Wings in the standings, the Thunder have three games in hand over Kalamazoo. Tonight is the middle leg of a three-game home stand for Bloomington. In fact, the PrairieThunder are in a stretch where they will play six of their next seven games at the U.S. Cellular Coliseum.

Center Tommy Lange enters tonight's game on a five-game point streak. Lange, who is also on a three-game goal streak, ranks second only to Kalamazoo's Rick Cleaver for most goals scored in the league by a rookie with 21.

Forward Dominic Osman has had no problems fitting into the K-Wings lineup. Osman, who has played in three games with Kalamazoo, is on a three-game point streak.
