For the third and final time in the regular season, the Kalamazoo Wings will face-off against the Reading Royals. Tonight's game at the Sovereign Center is the K-Wings second visit to Reading this season. ON the season, Kalamazoo is 0-2-0-0 against Reading, including 0-1-0-0 at the Sovereign Center.
Tonight is the third-game of a four-game road swing for the K-Wings, who have started the trip with back-to-back wins. Overall, Kalamazoo enters this evening on a three-game winning streak. With 57 points, the K-Wings trail the Elmira Jackals by three points for eighth place in the Eastern Conference.
Hitting the ice with 74 points, Reading leads Elmira by 14 points for first place in the Atlantic Division. With a record of 34-14-3-3, the Royals own the best record in the Eastern Conference. The Royals have earned 21 (21-5-0-1) of those victories at the Sovereign Center. The 21 home wins are the most in the conference.

Streaking K-Wings
Three members of the K-Wings enter tonight on impressive point streaks. Forwards Aaron Clarke and Brett Lysak are on four-game point streaks, while Wesley Myron has earned points in three straight games.
Positive Influence
Defenseman Joe Charlebois had a big game for the K-Wings on Monday. Charlebois posted a team season-high plus/minus rating of plus-four during Kalamazoo's 4-1 victory over the Cincinnati Cyclones.
Giving Up Chances Kalamazoo has allowed an average of 34.85 shots a game. The nearly 35 shots a game is the second-highest average in the ECHL and the most in the Eastern Conference.
Burning Up
The K-Wings enter the Sovereign Center on a three-game winning streak. The three-game streak is one game shy of tying the K-Wings season-high, which was achieved twice this season (10/19/12-10/27/12; 01/30/13-02/09/13).
