Pittsfield, MA - The Futures Collegiate Baseball League All-Star game took place on Tuesday night, along with the FCBL Home Run Derby.
Paul Coumoulos represented Worcester in the home run derby, hitting ten in the first round which earned him a spot in the finals. After fellow finalist Jackson Petersen from the Pittsfield Suns hit four in the final round, Coumoulos walked it off, hitting his fifth with still over a minute remaining. Coumoulos is the Braveheart to win the home run derby since Mark DeYoung in 2014.

Coumoulos started at first base for the electrics, while Ben McNeil (third basemen), Tyler Becker (shortstop), Jakob Sessa (designated hitter) and Shawn Babineau (starting pitcher) started for the Hillies.
In the top of the first, Babineau struck out Coumoulos in a Braveheart vs Braveheart match-up. In the bottom of the second, McNeil singled, followed by a Becker RBI single to score the first run of the game. McNeil also came around to score on a wild pitch.
In the third Coumoulos walked with the bases loaded to bring in the first run for the Electrics to bring the score to 3-1.
To round out the hitters for Worcester, Jakob Sessa hit a late-inning RBI double to increase the Hillies lead to 8-2.
