Toronto Rock News Release
Toronto - There are still 8 weeks to go before the Toronto Rock begin their journey to defend their NLL Championship when they take on the Calgary Roughnecks in their 2012 home opener on Sunday, January 8th at Air Canada Centre.
With lots of time before the season gets under way, the Rock are already finalizing their corporate partnership plans. New clients such as Iceberg Vodka, Mogo.ca and Jani-King of Southern Ontario have come on board to support Toronto's winning team and loyal partners such as Bachly Construction, Porter Airlines, Jack Astor's and Pizza Pizza are returning for another season.
Wendy's Restaurants of Canada has taken notice of the added exposure of being associated with the NLL Champions. This season when fans watch home games at Air Canada Centre or on television they will see the Wendy's logo proudly worn on all Rock player jerseys.
"We truly appreciate the corporate community stepping up to support the NLL Champion Toronto Rock Lacrosse Club," said Rock Owner and President Jamie Dawick reflecting on the significant increase in corporate support. "We are in a pretty enviable position with our sponsorship inventory beginning to run low. It's a very good problem to have."
Single game tickets for all 8 Toronto Rock 2012 home games are now on sale. Please visit www.torontorock.com or call the Rock office at 416-596-3075 for more information.
