
Conquest Trade Green to Central Valley

Albany, N.Y. - The Albany Conquest of arenafootball2 announced today that DS Rob Green has been traded to the Central Valley Coyotes for future considerations.
Green, 28, totaled 5.5 (5UA, 1A) tackles with one interception in two games with the Conquest during the 2006 season. He led the 2005 American Conference champion Louisville Fire with 62.5 tackles last season after pacing the 2004 Albany Conquest with 79 tackles in 14 regular season games.
The Albany Conquest will be holding practice at Pepsi Arena's U.S. Army Field tonight from 5:00-7:00pm, on Thursday from 3:00-5:00pm before a final walk through on Friday at 3:00pm.
The Albany Conquest hosts the Green Bay Blizzard on Saturday, May 27, 2006 at
7:00pm. There will be the Battle of the Bones pre-game block party on South Pearl
Street beginning at 5:30pm. Fans will be treated to live music, free hot dogs and
hamburgers along with free rib samples at the first Battle of the Bones competition
sponsored by 94.5/93.7 The Bone.
