Conquest Games Go to the Web for 2003

ALBANY, NY – The 2002 Northeast Division Champion Albany Conquest are announcing that all of their games, home and away, can be heard via the internet at www.albanyconquest.com at no cost to fans, families and friends.

The Conquest have partnered with TRZ Sports Services to offer the company's Free Teamline internet/ telephone service throughout the season. In order to listen in to the play-by-play broadcast this season, all fans have to do is log onto www.albanyconquest.com and click on the TEAMLINE link at the bottom of the opening page. Once you get to the TEAMLINE site you will enter 4001 as your team's access code.

Fans can also access the broadcast from any phone – home, office, car, hotel, even a pay phone, from anywhere in the world. To listen to the FREE TEAMLINE through a telephone line, simply call

1-800-846-4700 and enter 4001 as the team's access code. To access FREE TEAMLINE internationally just direct dial 330-374-6300 and pay only your own long distance charges.

The first broadcast will be at 7:00pm this Saturday, April 5th, when the Conquest travels south to take on the Richmond Speed in the first game of the 2003 season for both teams. Last year the two split a pair of meetings, each winning their respective games away from home. The Speed are lead by two-time defending af2 Ironman of the Year Kevin Harvey, while your Conquest counter with the one-two offensive combination of OS Corey Hill and WR/DB Phil Taylor.

The Speed will come to Albany next week to play the Conquest in their home opener on Friday, April 11th. Season tickets are still available for the 2003 season by calling 487-2222. The "Tailgate on Pearl Street" begins at 5:00 in front of the Pepsi Arena and the party continues after the game this year over at Kelsey's in the Crowne Plaza, located on the corner of State and Lodge streets in downtown Albany.
