OTTAWA, ON - After picking up a crucial six points thanks to a pair of come-from-behind wins over Minnesota, Fury FC find themselves in the midst of a seven match unbeaten streak (2W-5D-0L) entering a busy week with a pair of pivotal contests in the span of five days starting Wednesday night in Miami.

Fury FC carry a quiet confidence into their midweek clash in the Sunshine State with a hunger to continue their assent up the NASL standings with their recent form in attack playing a key role in their back-to-back wins over the Loons.

Goalkeeper Romuald Peiser, who picked up his seventh win of the season with another convincing performance against Minnesota, knew it was just a matter of time before things start clicking offensively for his team.

"I said a few weeks ago once our team start scoring we will be very hard to stop. We kept a good attitude, we kept working hard and now we are getting rewarded. Now we need to take it one game at a time, keep doing what we are doing and the results will keep coming."

Head coach Paul Dalglish was once again very pleased with his team's performance and see's the belief growing.

"We're very good at this moment in time. Winning these last two games has really helped grow belief in everything we're doing and we want to keep improving."

Against Miami FC Dalglish wants to see his players perform the same way they did in the past two games.

"It's going to be another tough challenge, but I think we can compete against anyone in this league with the way we've been playing recently. Defensively we are solid, offensively we are scoring goals at any given moment so we're going into Miami with a lot of confidence and we expect a good game."

After Wednesday night's road contest, Ottawa will return home to host Puerto Rico FC at TD Place Sunday (October 2) at 2p.m. T ickets are available by clicking here, calling 613-232-6767 x1 or in person at the TD Place Box Office. The Fall Season schedule is available here.
