Tuesday, Sept. 1:
Members of the Condors award-winning Communications Department will serve as judges at the National Council for Marketing & Public Relations District 6 Medallion Awards held at Bakersfield College. The NCMPR awards individuals and groups from community and technical colleges for their projects in the field of marketing and public relations.
Tuesday, Sept. 1:
Tune in to "Home Turf" to listen to Condors President Matthew Riley as he sits down with Corey Costelloe and discusses the renewed affiliation agreement with the Anaheim Ducks and other Condors news at 4:30 p.m. "Home Turf" airs Monday - Friday from 3 to 6 p.m. on ESPN Radio 1230.
Wednesday, Sept. 2:
Condors newly-signed, former first-round draft pick, Sasha Pokulok will be on "There It Is! the Jake Stevens Show" at 6:45 p.m. on ESPN Radio 1230. Tune in to hear Pokulok discuss his championship season last year, prior experiences in the AHL and his hopes for the upcoming season in Bakersfield. "There It Is!" airs Monday - Friday from 6 to 7 p.m.
Saturday, Sept. 5:
The Condors Care-A-Van will next travel to Frazier Park to take part in the annual Fall Festival, located at Lampkin Park from 1 to 8 p.m. Festival attendees will be able to enjoy the Condors bounce house, inflatable slapshot, prizewheel and, of course, Colonel Claw'd. Additionally, fans will be able to participate in the first-ever Condors Chuck-A-Puck held outside a Condors game. Wednesday, Sept. 16:
The annual Condors Job Fair will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. at Rabobank Arena, located at 1001 Truxtun Ave. The Condors are hiring game night positions for Mascots, Program Sales, Promotions Team, Kids Zone, Chuck-A-Puck Sales, Merchandise and more. Those interested may fill out an application in the Condors front office (1001 Truxtun Ave.) prior to the Job Fair to secure an early interview appointment.
Thursday, Sept. 17:
The Condors will be holding Anthem Tryouts to find vocal artists and other musicians to perform the Star Spangled Banner and occasionally the Canadian National Anthem at Condors games throughout the season. Hopeful singers should contact Brad Urbani at 324-PUCK (7825) to schedule a tryout time.
