San Angelo, Texas --- Edinburg Roadrunners' starting pitcher Justin Klipp (1-0) struck out a game-high 14 batters and earned a complete-game win, beating the Colts, 4-1, Tuesday night at Foster Field.
Klipp had four perfect innings, and retired the last seven batters he faced. He also struck out the side in the eighth.
