
Colorado Ice Lose 37-57 to the Allen Wranglers

(Loveland, CO) - The Colorado Ice (10-3) lost their third game to the Allen Wranglers (9-4). The Wranglers came to play tonight outscoring the Ice by 17 points in the fourth quarter. With this loss, the Ice need to win in Arizona next weekend to secure home field advantage for the playoffs.
The Ice posted 199 passing yards by David Knighton (5), who went 15 for 33 passing, and threw one interception. Lemans Casimier (3) led the Ice with two receiving touchdowns on 75 yards for the night.
Terry Washington (21) had two rushing touchdowns, for a net of 43 yards on the night. Ken Witter (18) had the only other touchdown for the Ice on an 11 yard pass from Knighton (5).
The Colorado Ice defense kept pressure on the Wranglers with three sacks, one each by Prince Hall (40), Eric Childs (16), and Yaniv Barnett (99). Hall (40) led the Ice defense with eight unassisted tackles and nine assisted tackles for the night.
The Ice are on the road next weekend in Prescott Valley, Arizona. The Ice will face the Arizona Adrenaline for the third time this season on Friday, June 10th at 8:00pm MST. You can watch the game on America One or listen LIVE on ESPN 870 AM.
