Colorado Ice Get the Season Started

Fort Collins, CO - The Colorado Ice began their 5th IFL season with the opening of training camp Friday, February 11th, 2011. Training camp will be held at Arena Sports, LLC in Windsor at 8 am. The Ice opens the season off with 45 athletes on the roster, 16 of which are returning players.

Coach Collins Sanders is eager for season to start. "We are very excited about the upcoming season. With the number of returning veterans and a group of stellar new players, we expect to have a successful season in 2011. Bringing Coach Heron O'Neal on board will offer a huge boost to our defensive prowess, not to mention the exciting offensive talent we have brought into the fold."

The Colorado Ice would like to invite all of our fans to come out and watch some of our practices. The practices are open to any and all spectators. Fans interested should call the Colorado Ice office to find out practice times.

The Colorado Ice's 2011 IFL season starts with our exhibition game on Feb. 17th against the Colorado Cobras, held on Majestic Field at the Budweiser Event Center in Loveland, CO. Single game, group, and season tickets are on sale now for all home games.
