Cleveland Gladiators to Visit Rainbow Babies & Children's Hospital

CLEVELAND - The Cleveland Gladiators, in conjunction with the Arena Football League and the Children's Miracle Network, have scheduled a visit to Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital on Friday, June 6, from 1:30 p.m. until 2:30 p.m.

The AFL has partnered with Children's Miracle Network to aid in the effort of saving and improving the lives of children in our communities. As such, May 27 - June 9 of the 2008 regular season has been designated AFL Children's Miracle Network Celebration.

The Gladiators will visit with children and their families during the one-hour visit. A number of Gladiators players and coaches, as well as team President & CEO Bernie Kosar and mascot Rudi will all participate and brighten the day for the children.

Saturday, June 7 is "Buck Night" with the Gladiators. Doors at The Q open at 5:30 p.m. for the 7:05 p.m. kickoff with the Chicago Rush and all fans will enjoy $1 hot dogs and $1 soft drinks. The Gladiators close out the regular season with a June 21 matchup with the in-state rival Columbus Destroyers. The first 10,000 fans will receive an exclusive Bernie Kosar bobblehead.
