Celebrate New Years with the Cincinnati Kings!

The Kings will host rival Louisville Lightning on Saturday, Jan. 1, 7:35 p.m. at the Cincinnati Gardens. Tickets are $8 and are available at the box office of the Cincinnati Gardens and the first 100 fans to purchase a ticket will receive an autographed player poster. $1 beers are available from 6:30 p.m. to kickoff, and parking is always free.

Local 12 Sports Anchor Zach Wells will serve as the Celebrity Coach of the Game while the Fairfield Optimist Soccer Club will scrimmage at halftime.

Cincinnati Kings to participate in the Public Library's Summer Reading Program

Kings players Jeff Hughes and Sam Fiore will be featured in a city-wide promotional campaign for the Public Library of Cincinnati. Photos of both players were taken this week at the Library and will be featured in posters and advertisements along with other local sports teams.

Cincinnati Kings hold on to defeat San Diego Sockers, 5-4

The Cincinnati Kings scored four unanswered goals in the third period and withstood a furious San Diego charge in the final minute to hand the visiting Sockers their first loss of the season, 5-4, at the Cincinnati Gardens tonight.

Led by two goals from 2009 League MVP Jeff Hughes, the Kings now hold a 6-1 record and remain atop the Eastern Division of the Professional Arena Soccer League. Other goals for the Kings were scored by Kwame Sarkodie, Garrett Buck and Sam Fiore.

San Diego, the 2009 PASL-Pro Champions, saw goals by John Krause, Diego Rivera and Anthony Medina, and are now 6-2 in the Western Division after a loss to California this week.

2011 PASL Playoff Pass now available for $25

The Kings will host the 2011 Professional Arena Soccer League playoffs from March 11-13, 2011 at the Cincinnati Gardens. A PASL Playoff Pass is available for $25 and includes access to all tournament matches, including the finals. For more information, visit www.KingsIndoor.com.
