
Chris Williams Earns Third Special Teams Player of the Week Honour

Hamilton, Ontario - For the third time this season and for the second consecutive week, Tiger-Cats receiver/kick returner Chris Williams has been recognized as the Canadian Football League's Special Teams Player of the Week.
Last week in Montreal, Williams returned a punt 70 yards for a touchdown, setting a new Ticats single-season record while tying the CFL record with his fifth return touchdown of the season.
Williams also became the first player in CFL history to register punt return touchdowns in consecutive games twice in the same season.
Through nine weeks, Williams leads the league with 10 total touchdowns, 527 punt return yards and 233 missed field goal return yards. He has also caught 41 passes for 652 yards and five touchdowns.
