Chris Pickett Named NAL Defensive Player of the Week

After a spectacular performance against Carolina, defensive back Chris Pickett won Week 12 NAL Defensive Player of the Week honors. Pickett had a huge game for the Lions with two interceptions, eight tackles and four pass breakups. Picket was a huge factor in the Lions big win over Carolina.
The Columbus Lions are back in action this Saturday at home against the Massachusetts Pirates. Gates open at 6pm and fans are encouraged to get there early and loud. Tickets can be purchased on columbuslions.net or at the Civic Center.
