Chiefs to Hold Town Hall Meeting

JOHNSTOWN, Pa. - The Johnstown Chiefs, ECHL affiliate of the NHL's Colorado Avalanche and Columbus Blue Jackets, and the AHL's Lake Erie Monsters and Syracuse Crunch announced today that they will host a town hall meeting for all current season ticket holders next month.

The meeting will be held on Wednesday, July 15, 2009 at Ace's Lounge on Chestnut Street in Johnstown. The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. ET and is open to 2009-10 season ticket holders only. Current season ticket holders will be contacted by a Chiefs representative in the coming weeks to get an RSVP for the meeting, or they can call their RSVP in to the Chiefs' office.

"Our season ticket holders are the lifeblood of the organization and we want to give them a forum in which they can share their ideas and concerns with us. We are hoping for a strong turnout to this meeting, and that everyone will come ready to share their thoughts," said Chiefs director of communication and customer relations Ray Schmitt.

Representing the Chiefs at the meeting will be Schmitt, Vice President/General Manager Bill Bredin and Director of Sales Chris Catanzaro. There will be light refreshments available at the meeting.
