Peoria Chiefs 2006 season tickets are now on-sale for both new customers and current season ticket holders looking to renew. The 2005 season was a raging success at O'Brien Field. The Chiefs set single game and season attendance records, fans witnessed rehabs of Nomar Garciaparra and Kerry Wood, and O'Brien Field hosted its first Midwest League All-Star Game. In addition, fans were treated to the talents of top Cubs prospects such as Eric Patterson, Sean Gallagher, Ryan Harvey, Sam Fuld, Rich Hill, Luis Montanez, Angel Guzman, Mike Billek and Grant Johnson.
The upcoming 2006 season promises to be just as exciting both on and off the field. The Chiefs staff was recently honored with the Midwest League's Promotional Trophy nomination to Minor League Baseball for their work in 2005 and they are hard at work to make 2006 even better. Entertainment acts such as the Famous San Diego Chicken, the Blues Brothers, Myron Noodleman, BirdZerk, the Zooperstars and the Famous Sky Dogs will perform at O'Brien Field in 2006. The Chiefs also are planning post-game concerts, appearances by legendary baseball personalities and performances by local dance teams, cheerleaders and other entertainment acts. Giveaways will also play a large role in the 2006 promotional schedule. Bobbleheads will make their return to O'Brien Field in 2006 after a one year hiatus. Fans will also have another chance to collect player-logo baseballs as five new player balls will be given away to continue the set that debuted in 2005. Kid-themed giveaways will again highlight Sunday afternoon contests, and almost every summer Saturday night game will be followed by a spectacular fireworks show.
The season ticket packages have been expanded in 2006 and are as follows:

The 35 game package consists of ALL Friday, Saturday and Sunday games plus Opening Night April 13th and July 3rd and 4th.
There are three separate 5-game packs and they all include a bonus game of Opening Night against Quad Cities on April 13th. All games in each 5-game pack will feature either a premium giveaway, entertainment act or fireworks show! The packages are as follows:

The 15 game packages include all A, B & C games plus a bonus game of Opening Night.
One change in the Seating Bowl for the 2006 season is the creation of additional Club Box Seats. All seats behind the dugouts in sections 104, 105, 111 and 112 will become Club Box Seats. Sections 101, 102, 103, 113 & 114 remain Box Seats.
