Chicago Sky Host Open House at Allstate Arena

Chicago, April 13, 2010 -Chicago Sky President and CEO Margaret Stender announced today that the Sky will host an Open House at Allstate Arena on Monday, April 19 starting at 9am.

This event will provide an opportunity for media and fans to get a behind-the-scenes look at how the Sky prepares on game day, from setting up the court and baskets to rehearsing player introductions.

For all in attendance it will also provide a chance to be among the first people to see Allstate Arena set up for a Sky game.

WNBA All-Star guard Jia Perkins will be in attendance from 4-7pm to interact with fans and media.

Media and fans can enter at the North Security Gate where they will be greeted by Sky staff. Sky staff will be available to guide fans around the seating area and answer questions throughout the day. There will be no charge for parking or admission.
