CHICAGO, Ill. (Feb. 22, 2013) - The Chicago Fire Soccer Club announced Friday that the club has waived defender Tony Walls.
Walls was selected 47th overall in the 2012 MLS Supplemental Draft. A product of Wauwatosa, Wisc., Walls appeared in one game for the Fire playing 85 minutes in a 3-2 defeat to the Michigan Bucks on May 29, 2012 in the 3rd Round of the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup. He started in 10 of the Fire's 2012 Reserve League matches.
