Chicago Fire Take It on the Road
The Fire will enjoy a bye this weekend and hit the road for two weeks with visits to Salt Lake on 8/18 and Kansas City on 8/22. The Fire will return to TOYOTA PARK on Saturday, August 25 for another match against Kansas City, at 7:30 p.m. It will be "Turn Back the Clock Night", presented by Sierra Mist, featuring a TBA live performance in FireFest and other exciting contests and activities! 2007 Frank Klopas Golf Outing
On Monday, Sept 10, 2007, the FireWorks for Kids Foundation will hold its 6th Frank Klopas Celebrity Pro-Am golf outing at Silver Lakes Country Club, in Orland Park, IL. Members of the Chicago Fire team and coaching staff will be on hand and every foursome will golf with a celebrity in a scramble format. The day will include 18 holes of golf with a chance to win a car, lunch, a cocktail reception, and conclude with a buffet dinner and prizes. Fan Forum
On Thursday, August 16th at 6:30 p.m. in the TOYOTA PARK Stadium Club, the Chicago Fire will host a "Fan Forum" with Fire head coach Juan Carlos Osorio. From 7 - 8 p.m., Coach Osorio will provide some insight into his approach to coaching, discuss physical, mental, and tactical preparation, and take questions from the crowd. Free snacks and a cash bar will be provided throughout the evening. At 8 p.m. the ESPN2 MLS Primetime match featuring New England and Colorado will be shown on the Stadium Club TV's, and an autographed item will be raffled off to benefit the FireWorks for Kids Foundation.
