
Chicago Fire FC Midfielder Luka Stojanovic Undergoes Successful McL Repair

CHICAGO -- Chicago Fire FC announced today that midfielder Luka StojanoviÃâ¡ has undergone successful surgery on his left knee to repair his Medial Collateral Ligament (MCL).
StojanoviÃâ¡, 26, suffered an MCL tear in the Fire's match against the San Jose Earthquakes in the MLS is Back Tournament on July 19.
The surgery was performed by Dr. Brian Forsythe M.D. and assisted by Dr. Adam Yanke M.D. PhD at the Rush Oak Brook Surgery Center in Oak Brook, Illinois, on Thursday.
StojanoviÃâ¡ was signed by the Fire on Feb. 20. He has made two appearances (one start) for the Club in the 2020 campaign.
