
Chattanooga Red Wolves Announce Signing of Jamaican Winger Chevone Marsh

The Chattanooga Red Wolves are pleased to announce the signing of left winger Chevone Marsh for the 2023 USL League One season. Transaction pending league and federal approval.
Marsh, a Jamaican national capped with the Jamaican national team, started his professional Career with Cavalier FC in the Jamaican Premier League. Marsh was named young player of the year with the club before moving to KPV Kokkola in the Finnish First division. After coming back to Cavalier FC, Chevone moved to AD Chalatenango in 2021, a side in El Salvador's first tier. Marsh has also played for Jicaral Secoba and Santos Guapiles in the Costa Rican first division, where he was nominated for player of the season in his time with Jicaral Secoba.
Marsh's vast experience across the world of professional football has seen him log 63 appearances in club play, scoring 7 goals and registering 5 assists in over 2,700 minutes of play. Chevone has also made 5 appearances for the Jamaican national team, which he debuted on in 2018, scoring 2 goals for his country.
Chevone is a technical winger with speed who likes to run between the lines and provide goals. On what brought him to Chattanooga, Marsh said, "I heard of the history of the Red Wolves and the goals the clubs have for the future. I am an ambitious player and I always want to set new goals, targets, and challenges for myself. The ambition of the club gives me extra motivation to want to be a part of bringing success to Chattanooga."
In 2023, Marsh says, "I hope to score goals and create as many goals as I can for my team to help the club find success in the league and for myself to find success as a part of the team." Chevone spoke to his excitement to have the support of the fans in 2023 saying, "Having the fans stand behind us this season will have a major role in our success in 2023. I'm excited to meet the fans and display my talents in the new season."
