Charlotte Knights News Release
FORT MILL, S.C. - The Charlotte Knights released their 2012 schedule today. For the second year in a row, the Charlotte Knights open the season at home. The Norfolk Tides will be in town for a 4 game homestand beginning Thursday, April 5 at 7:15pm.
The New York Yankees affiliate, Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Yankees visit Charlotte for 4 games July 24-27. Taking on the Knights August 23-26 will the Boston Red Sox affiliate, the Pawtucket PawSox.
Saturday nights will again feature fireworks following the games. Additionally, the Charlotte Knights have added 3 other fireworks shows: Sunday, May 27 (Memorial Day) weekend, Sunday, September 2 (Labor Day) weekend and July 4th.
