Gavin Walls proved that good things happen to players who hustle and are persistent - his determination and effort led to two touchdowns. The first came as he knocked down a pass into his own hands and scampered 10 yards into the end zone. The second touchdown resulted from being on the scene as the quarterback was stripped of the ball which Walls picked up and ran 79 yards for the touchdown.

Comments and Game Notes:

It is always a complement when you are compared to another great player and Calgary's newest acquisition on special teams is in the likeness of the leagues best; Landry, Levingston, Stokes, Holmes, Lockett, Tompkins and Armstead.

Wilkins showed unusual lateral quickness and speed.

He came very close to breaking away on his punt returns - it is only a matter of time.

It is an understatement to say that Wilkins was exciting to watch!
