Nembhard's journey in professional soccer has been marked by notable achievements and contributions to his national team. He received his first call-up to the Belizean Men's National Team in March 2021, immediately making an impact by scoring a crucial goal in a World Cup qualifier match against Turks and Caicos Islands. His defensive prowess and leadership were further demonstrated through full 90-minute appearances against both Haiti and Nicaragua, showcasing his ability to compete at the highest level.

Prior to his time with South Georgia Tormenta FC, Nembhard played a pivotal role in Stumptown AC's inaugural professional season in 2021. As a versatile left-back, he logged an impressive 1,620 minutes in 18 games, contributing two goals from the backline.
