
Celebrate your wedding with the Adirondack Frostbite

GLENS FALLS, NY - The Adirondack Frostbite, proud member of the United Hockey League, announced today that the team is giving couples the opportunity to get married between periods of the Valentine's Day game against the Danbury Trashers.
Couples are asked to write an essay detailing why they would like to get married at a Frostbite game. The essay should be no more than 250 words, and needs to be turned in to the Frostbite office by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, January 2, 2006. Essays should also include the name of both and the groom, as well as all pertinent contact information. The winner will be announced the following week. The wedding will take place on the ice during the first intermission of the Frostbite's game against the Danbury Trashers on Tuesday, February 14.
Essays can be mailed to the Adirondack Frostbite; Attn: Wedding Contest; 1 Civic Center Plaza; Glens Falls, NY 12801. In addition, essays can be faxed to the Frostbite office at (518) 761-9112, or e-mailed to joe.babik@frostbitehockey.com.
The Frostbite return home tomorrow night, hosting the Richmond RiverDogs at 7:05 p.m. It's another Wacky Wednesday, with 14-ounce Bud, Bud Light, and Coors Light drafts just $2 throughout the game. Also tomorrow night, the Frostbite will introduce their new mascot, "Chilly". Friday, the Frostbite once again host the RiverDogs, at 7:35 p.m. The first 2,500 fans in attendance receive a Frostbite magnetic schedule from Key Bank.
