
Cavs Spring Dance Clinic Scheduled for March 8

LAWTON, OKLA.- The Oklahoma Cavs Dance Team is holding its first Spring Dance Clinic March 8 from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the St. Mary's Catholic School Gym, 611 SW 'A' Ave.
All girls and boys ages 4-18 are invited to participate in the clinic. Not only will they get the opportunity to learn a new and exciting routine from the talented Cavs Dance Team members, the participants will also perform their routine at half-time of the March 9 game against the Albany Patroons.
Cavs Dance Team Choreographer Shelby McClure said the ladies are excited to be hosting their first clinic of the 2007-08 season and look forward to teaching all the participants that attend.
"We are thrilled to be hosting a dance clinic at St. Mary's," McClure said. "Performing at a sporting event is very exhilarating and gives young dancers a great opportunity. We could not be more excited to teach and interact with them."
A registration fee of $50 (cash or money order) is required and includes a game ticket for the participant and t-shirt for the performance. The deadline for pre-registration is March 3. Walk-up registration will be $50 on the day of the clinic.
