Charleston Swamp Foxes News Release

NORTH CHARLESTON, SC – The Charleston Swamp Foxes' loveable mascot, Sly Fox, will be out and about the South Carolina Lowcountry this weekend, starting on Friday, September 26.

Sly Fox will help celebrate a pair of area high school homecomings by attending a pep rally and homecoming parade.

The first stop on the weekend whirlwind tour will be Friday afternoon, as he will help liven up the homecoming pep rally for Garrett High School in North Charleston. He will then head up to Stall High School in North Charleston to participate in their annual homecoming parade, which will roll at around 4:30 pm.

As if that weren't enough, Sly will be up bright and early on Saturday, September 27 to take part in the eighth annual Lowcountry American Heartwalk at Liberty Square in downtown Charleston, close to the South Carolina Aquarium. The event kicks off at 8:00 am.

Sly will be entertaining members of the "Little Hearts," a group of children, their parents, and dedicated physicians, nurses and staff from MUSC Children's Hospital. This group celebrates the survivors and honors the memory of children with congenital heart defects and disease.

If you are interested in booking Sly or Francie Fox for your event or gathering, please contact the Swamp Foxes' offices at (843) 554-4321.
