Lake County Captains News Release

(Eastlake, OH) - The Lake County Captains announced that all Wednesday 12:05 pm games will be Senior Days presented by AM 1330 WELW. The four Senior Day games will include a pre-game bingo game hosted by WELW, a lunch special, as well as Baseball Bingo during the game. The Captains will donate $2.00 from every senior ticket sold on the four Senior Days to the Eastlake J.F.K. Senior Center. Senior ticket prices for the 2007 season remain at just $7.00 for box seats for all 70 home games. "We hope that the activities that we have planned for these days will make it a great day out for our senior fans that have been so supportive of the Captains during the first four years," said Captains General Manager Kevin Brodzinski.

The gates will open at 10:00 am to allow seniors to get their morning walk in and stroll around the 360- degree concourse. Prior to the game, AM 1330 WELW will conduct a bingo game under the tent in the left field picnic area. Free coffee will also be made available until the conclusion of the bingo game.

During the game, the Captains will offer a $5 Grand Slam Lunch Special that includes a hot dog, chips, soda and ice cream. The first 500 fans in the ballpark will be given Baseball Bingo Cards with the chance to win a great prize. After the game, seniors will have a chance to go down on the field and stroll around the bases. For more information, please contact the Captains Ticket Office at 440-954-WINS.
