Time: 3:14 Attendance: 2,150 W: Adam Piechowski (3-2) L: Rusty Tucker (2-2) S: None HR: None A bases loaded walk to RF Rob Riley and a sacrifice fly by 3B Chris Kelly plated two runs for New Hampshire in the top of the ninth inning as the American Defenders rallied from a 7-6 deficit and beat the New Jersey Jackals, 8-7. C Argenis Tavarez led the New Hampshire offense going 2-for-4 with a run scored and two RBI. American Defenders RF Angel Molina also chipped in with two hits and scored a run. New Hampshire reliever Adam Piechowski won his third game of the year after allowing two earned runs on four hits in two innings of work. 2B Marcus Sanders went 3-for-5 with two runs scored and a RBI for New Jersey in defeat. -----------------------------------------------------------------------

A solid night by the Brockton offense leads the Rox to victory over the Sussex Skyhawks. CF Chris Valencia and RF Keith Brachold each had three hits apiece while 3B Phil Cuadrado collected two hits, scored two runs and drove in one. Brockton starter Wayne Lundgren earned his seventh win of the year. Lundgren went seven innings allowing four earned runs on six hits with six strikeouts. Sussex CF Ron Perodin went 2-for-4 with a run scored and a RBI. -----------------------------------------------------------------------

Quebec 8, Worcester 4 @ Worcester, MA. Time: 3:00 Attendance: 2,482 W: James Kukucka (1-0) L: Ryan Quinn (0-3) S: None HR: None

A terrific night at the plate by CF Goefrey Tomlinson leads the Quebec Capitales to a big win over the Worcester Tornadoes. Tomlinson went 3-for-4 with a triple, a stolen base, two runs scored and two RBI. SS Ivan Naccarata, LF Alex Nunez and RF Sebastien Boucher each chipped in with two hits apiece for Quebec. Capitales starting pitcher James Kukucka notched his first victory of the year as he allowed four earned runs on four hits in six innings of work. With the win, Quebec now has a one game lead over Worcester in the second half standings. -----------------------------------------------------------------------
