Worcester 5, Sussex 1

The Worcester Tornadoes scored three runs in the seventh inning to break a 1-1 tie and beat the Sussex Skyhawks 5-1. 1B Chris Colabello paced the Tornadoes offense going 4-for-5 with a run scored and two RBI. Worcester SS Omar Pena had two hits while LF Ryan Crespi scored two runs. Tornadoes starter Justin Knoff collected his second win of the season as he went six strong innings allowing only one earned run on six hits with five strikeouts.

Quebec 4, Pittsfield 3

A solid pitching performance by Quebec starter Michel Simard leads the Capitales to a 4-3 win over the Pittsfield Colonials. Simard went six innings giving up two earned runs on eight hits with seven strikeouts. He is now 4-4 on the year with the win. CF Goefrey Tomlinson and C Patrick D'Aoust each had two hits to lead the Quebec offense. Pittsfield 1B Donny Leon hit his third home run of the season in the loss.

Brockton 6, New Jersey 6 (Top 12)
