Pittsfield 13, Broctkon 7

Pittsfield jumped out to a 9-1 lead after three innings and never looked back en route to an easy 13-7 win over Brockton. The Colonials' offense led they way, pounding out 17 hits in the game. Pittsfield RF Daniel Carte was the star offensively, going 3-for-6 with a home run, two runs scored and three RBI. All but one hitter in the Colonials lineup recorded at least one hit, including 1B Jerod Edmondson and DH Donny Leon, who each homered and combined to go 5-for-11 with four runs scored and five RBI. Starting pitcher Miguel Flores picked up the win for Pittsfield, running his record to 3-3 on the year. He allowed four runs on six hits while striking out four in six innings.

Worcester 8, New Jersey 7 (10 innings)

Worcester C Alex Trezza had just one hit in the game, but it couldn't have come at a better time for the Tornadoes. With the score tied, 7-7, in the bottom of the 10th inning, Trezza delivered a two-out double to left-center that scored 3B Mark Minicozzi all the way from first to give Worcester an 8-7 walk-off win. Trezza finished the game 1-for-5. RF Stantrel Smith was 1-for-4 with a grand slam in the fifth inning that helped the Tornadoes get back in the game after falling behind, 6-0. Worcester reliever Rick Asadoorian was credited with his first win after allowing a run and striking out a pair in two innings.

Sussex 10, Quebec 9

Sussex 1B Kris Sanchez had a huge game at the plate to help the Skyhawks slip past Quebec on the road. Sanchez was 3-for-4 with a pair of home runs, a double, three runs scored and three RBI and lead all hitters. DH Caleb Stewart was also 3-for-4 in the contest. He homered as well, a solo shot, and scored three runs. Sussex C Ryan Boelsen also chipped in with a productive night at the plate, going 2-for-5 with four RBI. Reliever Jared Locke picked up his fifth win and closer Duaner Sanchez nabbed his 13th save.
