Brockton 9, New Jersey 3

The Rox relied on home runs from DH Melvin Falu, 3B Phillip Cuadrado, and C Chris Grossman, and scored six unanswered tallies to down New Jersey 9-3. Grossman's second inning solo shot pushed Brockton to an early 3-0 lead before New Jersey knotted the score in the third. In the bottom of the fifth, Cuadrado and Falu powered a four-run inning, and the Rox added two more in the sixth. Brockton hurler Mike Wlodarczyk improved to 4-1 by allowing just three runs over six innings. He tied the league leader with his fourth victory, and also struck out two and leads all Can-Am pitchers with 38 strikeouts on the season.

Sussex 11, Worcester 4

Sussex slammed Worcester 11-4 on the strength of 17 hits and multiple base knocks from six different starters. LF Kraig Binick, SS Chase Fontaine, and RF Kade Keowen all contributed home runs, and 1B Kris Sanchez hit three doubles and knocked in three. The offense got on the board in the top of the first with three runs and never lost the lead. Starter Mike Vicaro earned a win in his first outing of the season, allowing two runs over six innings and striking out five.

Pittsfield 4, Quebec 3 (Bottom 9 - In Progress)
