Trailing the entire way, the Brockton Rox scored twice in the ninth inning to tie the game at 4-4 and plated two more runs in the bottom of the tenth to come away with the walk-off win at home. Brockton 1B Francisco Lebron and 2B Melvin Falu combined to go 4-for-8 with two runs scored and two RBI, but it was Phillip Cuadrado's pinch-hit walk-off two-run homer that got the Rox over the hump and into the win column. Brockton reliever Jacob Ramos got credit for the victory. He did not allow a run in 1 1/3 innings.

Ottawa 18, Worcester 9

HR: OR-Felix Escalona (1), Pete Pirman (1); WT-BJ Weed (1)
Ottawa 3B Felix Escalona was a one-man wrecking crew in helping Ottawa to an easy win. Escalona was 3-for-5 with two doubles, a home run, three runs scored and five RBI. The Rapidz were in control from the start as they held a 3-0 lead before Worcester even came to the plate. But Ottawa wouldn't let up there as they scored 14 times in the first four innings to effectively put the game out of reach. The Tornadoes did manage a six-run rally in the bottom of the fourth, but that rally, however, was far from enough as the Rapidz went on to double-up Worcester 18-9.

Capitales DH Eddie Lantigua also homered in the game, a solo shot, and finished 1-for-5. Nashua 1B Bryan Duplissie was 3-for-4 with a run scored to lead all hitters in the losing effort.
