The New Haven County Cutters rallied in the ninth inning to force extra innings, then bested Nashua in the 10th frame in dramatic fashion. DH Henri Stanley, who led off the inning with a double and later advanced to third on a sacrifice bunt, scored the game-winner on a wild pitch by Nashua reliever Jason Kosow. New Haven Co. reliever Andy Weimer earned his first win of the season thanks to three perfect innings of relief. Cutters CF Ervin Alcantara led the way at the plate, going 2-for-5 with a home run, two runs scored and two RBI. Nashua SS Olmo Rosario and 1B Bryan Duplissie also homered in the losing effort.
