Quebec 9, Worcester 6
1B Rene Leveret's three-run home run capped a five-run seventh inning for the Capitales and gave LHP Justin Wiley his first win with the club. Down 4-2 heading into the inning, Quebec rallied and tied the score on a wild pitch that plated RF Paul Karmas. After a pitching change and a walk, Leveret gave Quebec its first lead with his two-out blast. The Capitales added one run each in the eighth and ninth, then staved off a brief Worcester rally to put it away. The newly-signed Wiley gave Quebec its third straight win with a 6.1 inning performance, allowing four runs.
