Bulls Look For Third Straight Win Tonight
February 5, 2011 - North American Hockey League (NAHL)
Amarillo Bulls News Release
AMARILLO, TX - A three-game winning streak.
That's what the Amarillo Bulls will be looking for tonight against the New Mexico Mustangs when the two teams hook up at 7 pm in The Bullpen at the Amarillo Civic Center.
The Bulls, which haven't had a three-game winning streak since late December, are coming off a 2-1 win last night when Sean Keane netted the game winning goal in the final eight minutes. The goal snapped a tight-checking 1-1 tie at the time.
The win, was the Bulls 26th of the season and pulled them into a 2nd place tie with the Texas Tornado in the North American Hockey League's South Division. The Tornado had their game with the Wichita Falls Wildcats postponed last night due to inclement weather. The two teams are expected to play tonight back in Wichita Falls.
Tonight's Bulls game is sponsored by Suddenlink Communications and the first 500 fans through the doors receive Thundersticks. Several Blu-Ray DVD players will also be given away throughout the game.
Tickets are available at the Civic Center Box Office as well as all Panhandle Ticket Outlets including United Supermarkets or online at www.amarillobulls.com. To purchase single game tickets, inquire about group rates, flex packs or birthday party packages, please call the Bulls office at 806-242-1122.
