January 15, 2011 - North American Hockey League (NAHL)
Amarillo Bulls News Release
AMARILLO, TX - The Amarillo Bulls have used Saturdays as their bounce back night to get them back into the win column several times this season, and they will look to do the same tonight. The Topeka RoadRunners and the Bulls meet once again at 7 pm at the Bull Pen in the Amarillo Civic Center.
On Friday, the RoadRunners scored three in the final five minutes of the game, including two into an empty net to secure a 7-4 triumph and remain in first place in the South Division. The Bulls fell to third after the Texas Tornado held off Wichita Falls 4-3.
It's Get A Job Night and there will be a mini job fair on the concourse for fans to participate in. Several businesses will have displays and people are encouraged to drop by and see what they have to offer.
Back on the ice, Cody Freeman and Brooks Behling have been effective for the Bulls at the offensive end. Freeman has six assists for seven points, while Behling has earned three goals. Defenseman Karl Beckman and forward Matt Johnson have been firing the puck from all angles, combining for 32 shots on goal.
Tickets for tonight's game are available at all Panhandle Ticket Outlets, including United Supermarkets, Civic Center Box Office or online at www.amarillobulls.com. To inquire about group rates, flex packs or to purchase tickets, please call the Bulls office at 806-242-1122.
