Bullies announce first tryout camp

Syracuse, NY. The ABA Syracuse Bullies professional basketball team that begins play in November has announced that it will hold its first tryout camp on Friday, May 25th from 6-9pm and Saturday, May 26th from 1-4pm. The tryout camp will be held at Henniger High School, 600 Robinson Street, Syracuse, New York.

A $100. non-refundable fee is required for participating in the tryout if registered by May 11th; after May 11th, the fee will be $125 payable in money order or cashier's check or cash. Money orders should be made payable to the Syracuse Bullies.

According to Nick Fitts, team owner, "We are looking to be a strong competitive team in the ABA next season and it starts now. We'll begin our Vet Camp and begin exhibition games in July - and get a real jumpstart on the season. This is an opportunity to put up statistics in a professional basketball league and a chance to go to the next level."
