Forever Fit of Las Vegas joins ABA affiliate program

Las Vegas, NV. Forever Fit, a health and wellness fitness system designed specifically for adults 50 years and over, located at 2400 N. Buffalo Dr. #`110 in Las Vegas, Nevada has joined the ABA Affiliates program. Forever Fit is a safe and user friendly 30-minute circuit training system. What distinguishes Forever Fit from other fitness centers is that it has the most advanced equipment that allows for all ability levels to obtain fitness through range of motion exercises all the way to high level resistance training. Increasing muscle strength, muscle endurance, joint flexibility and joint stability are the primary benefits for deconditioned members. Members wishing to maintain an active life style are able to tone muscles and build overall body strength through a more progressive fitness regimen.
Members are the driving force behind how the club is run. Current hours of operation are 6am-6pm Monday thru Friday, 6am to 12pm on Saturdays. The music is a wide mix of classic rock, oldies, jazz, big band, etc.
