YOUNGSTOWN, OH -- Karlis Zirnis stole the a victory away from the Youngstown SteelHounds on a game winning goal with only six second left in regulation.
The Mudbugs battled back from a two period deficit on goals by Karlis Zirnis and Joe Ori in the first period. Coach Muscutt pulled Adam Hanna in favor of Guy St. Pierre and the Bugs responded scoring two more in second. Chris Brassard and Dan Wildfong both scored on even strength goals to give the Bugs a two goal lead.
Youngstown tied the game in the third period, but Zirnis scored on a feed behind the net from Joe Ori to carry the Bugs to a 5-4 win.
