Budweiser Man of the Match: Alan Winn Lights up Nissan Stadium in Win over Indy Eleven
July 28, 2019 - United Soccer League Championship (USL) - Nashville SC News Release
NASHVILLE - Forward Alan Winn was a menace in the attacking third on Saturday night and scored a key goal in Nashville Soccer Club's 2-0 win over Indy Eleven at Nissan Stadium. His efforts earned him Budweiser Man of the Match honors.
Winn was a force down the wing throughout the match, and he got a goal late in the first half as a reward. He received a through ball from Lebo Moloto and found himself with lots of space on the wing. Winn cut back towards the middle and rifled a shot past the goalkeeper on the near side. In total, Winn took three shots throughout the match, all of which were on target.
Catch Winn and Nashville SC in action again on the road next Saturday against Swope Park Rangers, and back at home on August 7 against Hartford Athletic.
